At a regional hospital in New York, a clinician launched Regard and atrial fibrillation was suggested. This suggestion prompted the clinician to delve deeper into the patient’s history, uncovering a prior episode of atrial fibrillation that had not been mentioned in several years. After examining the patient, the clinician documented that the patient was stable without arrhythmias, and updated the patient’s chart to accurately reflect the history of atrial fibrillation.
