Any potential candidates will be contacted directly by a Regard hiring manager or recruiter using an @withregard.com email address. We will never request a recruiting fee, processing fee or any other financial transaction.
Once a candidate receives an offer from us, they will receive an email from our People Department with onboarding documents and will be sent equipment directly from our HQ. We will never request that a new hire purchase their own onboarding equipment.
